Client acknowledges that marketing results vary and depend on many factors including industry, competition, budget, website quality, and market conditions.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and lawful information, including business details, branding, and any materials required for content creation or publishing.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information, legal compliance of their business and services, compliance with advertising, marketing, and industry regulations, and reviewing and approving content when requested.
JNJY, LLC is not responsible for false or misleading information provided by the client.
4. Payment Terms
All fees are due as outlined in your service agreement, invoice, or subscription.
Payments are non refundable once work has begun or services have been delivered.
Late payments may result in suspended services or removal of content until the account is brought current.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content created by JNJY, LLC remains the property of JNJY, LLC until full payment has been received.
Upon payment, the client receives a non exclusive license to use the content for their own marketing purposes.
JNJY, LLC reserves the right to showcase work samples in portfolios, case studies, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Press Release and Publishing Services
JNJY, LLC may assist with writing, editing, formatting, and coordinating distribution of press releases and content to third party platforms.
Third party platforms, news outlets, and distribution networks control whether content is published, displayed, or syndicated.
JNJY, LLC does not control editorial decisions, placement, indexing, or long term visibility of published content.
7. Website and Content Use
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from this website without written permission from JNJY, LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability
